Is this a free event? This is a free event and we want everyone to feel invited. However, it does have its expenses and we would be forever grateful for your generous donation. This can be made directly to Parks Arts via venmo @parksarts or zelle 917-586-3957.

How can I volunteer? Interested in helping? We can use it! Click here & fill out this form.

Is there parking? We recommend walking and car-pooling when you can. There are very limited spaces but there is parking available on Harper Ave, the main parking lot by the gazebo and restrooms, and in the parking lot by the Kirkham tennis courts (a little bit more of a walk through the field). There is also parking on Lockwood. Oak street is parking only on the North side of the street. No public parking on Poplar.

Will there be food and drinks? We are looking for a new food vendor! If interested please call Margo at 917-586-3957. There will be a table with baked goods. Feel free to also bring your own refreshments and picnic.

Will there be chairs? No, bring your own chair or blanket.

Can I bring my pet? Sure, it is a public park. It goes without saying but we’ll say it anyway please consider how much your well – behaved pet will want to be outside listening to music quietly( ie not barking) and is ok with crowds and children because this is a family friendly event.

Is it an accessible location? Please call Margo at 917-586-3957 and let’s discuss your needs. It is not an easy area to get too and we’ll try and accommodate you as much as possible so that everyone can enjoy the performances.

This is going late should we worry about being in the park after dark? Yes please bring a flashlight or be comfortable walking in semi-darkness. We’ll have lighting around but once again this is a park so embrace the nature.

Will there be bugs? Again it is a park… Bring your bug spray!

How can i be a Vendor? Fill out this form! If we have room we will reach out!

Will there be port-a-johns? No, but there are restrooms by the Gazebo, a short walk away.
